This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome with a "welcome drink" and even giving our kids coloring books. We also enjoyed the attention to detail, such as the small presents and the cards for free entry to nearby attractions. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, and we loved the partial views of the main town of Brixen.
All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

We had a pleasant stay at a family run hotel with friendly staff. the hotel was situated in a peaceful location, about 5 minutes away from the city centre. Our room was small but nicely furnished with all facilities and had a comfortable bathroom. the in-house Pizzeria was a big win, with fantastic pizza that was popular among locals.

Location was great, close to city center and mountains. We appreciated the welcome drink and little gift at the end of our stay. The in-house pizza was one of the best we've ever had, and locals seemed to love it too.
Room could be noisy at times, with TV and noise from neighboring children. Breakfast had limited choice and was not buffet style.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me - not right in the city center, but close enough to easily access all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And finally, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, with some even offering partial views of the main town. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing could be improved.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed the central location, close to both the city center and the mountains. The welcome drink and complimentary cards for the cable car and Aquarena were a nice touch, and we appreciated the clean and well-equipped room.
One slight downside was the limited breakfast selection, which was only included with certain room types. Additionally, our expectations for the hotel's location were slightly off, as it was situated further up into the mountains than we anticipated. However, this did provide a peaceful atmosphere, which some guests may appreciate.
